Owned 100 % by its employees, the company makes sustained effort in proceeding with more than 100 years experience performing a wide range of activities related to:

all engineering and design in connection with the company’s whole activity,
prospecting and exploration of fresh water and geothermal water resources,
drilling, completion an d testing of geothermal, household, industrial and irrigation water wells,
construction of well-shafts, well-head assemblies, pumping and piping systems,
installation and operation of water supply and water treatment plants (de-ironing, de-gassing),
maintenance, rehabilitation, screen replacement of geothermal and fresh water wells,
systematic bottom hole measurements in the production wells,
geophysical investigations,
expertise, inspection and verification of performing wells operation
geodesic surveying of well locations, elaboration of final well reports and documentations,
drilling, completion and testing of piezometer and environmental monitoring wells,
drilling and sampling of geotechnical boreholes,
abandonment of boreholes and wells

The company has a history of more than 140 years. Throughout its long activity VIKUV Zrt. has had an important contribution to the implementation of important hydrogeological projects both in Hungary and abroad.

The main activity of VIKUV Zrt. is concentrated upon drilling / completion / servicing of fresh, mineral and geothermal water wells, applying modern well construction technologies, covering a wide range of depth from shallow up to 2500 m.

VIKUV Zrt. undertakes to implement complete key-turn projects, including design, drilling / completion / testing, servicing, water supply and treatment plants and any other works related to our activity.
